PM to launch 'Family Card' programme at Korail T&T Field on March 10

Prime Minister Tarique Rahman is scheduled to inaugurate the 'Family Card' programme at 10:00am on March 10 at the T&T Field adjacent to Korail slum in Dhaka.

According to a press release issued by Imranul Hasan, public relations officer at the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, the initiative will be launched simultaneously at 14 locations across the country.

The press release also mentioned that in line with the prime minister’s directive, the Bangladesh Road Transport Corporation (BRTC) has taken the initiative to launch a women’s bus service, which will be operated by female drivers, conductors, and helpers.
