Gladiators thump Greggs

Dhaka Gladiators made a flying start to the Federation Cup Basketball tournament with a massive 98-25 win over The Greggs Club in the opening match at the Dhanmondi Basketball Gymnasium yesterday.

Bappi and Moshiur scored 22 and 21 points for Gladiators, who dominated the first half 41-12, while Antu scored eight points for The Greggs. Bangladesh Basketball Federation president Dr Mostafa Jalal Mohiuddin inaugurated the six-team tournament.
