Apple AirPods Pro 2nd generation
Apple announced the much-anticipated sequel to their AirPods Pro lineup, AirPods Pro 2.
These new earbuds come with the H2 chip for more connectivity and better audio quality. The new low distortion audio driver and the customer amplifier adds more clarity to the sound.
The Spatial Audio feature makes the music feel as if it's coming from a stage, with the option to personalise for more immersive listening.
AirPods Pro 2nd generation starts from $249, with pre-orders starting from September 9 and official product launch on September 23.
Apple Watch Series 8
The latest iteration of the classic Apple Watch comes with temperature sensors, sleep tracking analysis and fitness apps, all designed for optimum health benefits for the users.
The temperature sensors also provide an ovulation tracker feature, which can detect temperature changes as low as .01 degree Celsius.
The data sync to iCloud option is completely end-to-end, and you can specifically choose which data to import.
These new watches also feature crash detection and emergency SOS, which can automatically contact emergency services in case an accident occurs.
Apple Watch Series 8 is available at $399 for regular GPS versions and $499 for GPS + cellular models. They are available from September 16, with pre-orders starting today.
Apple Watch SE 2nd generation
The sequel to the budget Apple Watch SE comes with crash detection, similar to the Apple Watch Series 8, and is 30% larger than Apple Watch Series 3.
It focuses on a family setup orientation, retaining the same beloved features as the regular Apple Watch models.
Similar to other Apple Watches, this one comes in recycled aluminium and has built-in and fitness tracking.
The new Apple Watch SE is available at $249 for regular GPS versions and $299 for GPS + cellular models. They are available from September 16, with pre-orders starting today.
Apple Watch Ultra
Apple surprised everyone with their brand new sports-oriented Apple Watch Ultra.
Coming in a 49 mm case, this watch is built for action sports like mountain climbing, swimming and trailing.
Apple Watch Ultra can also detect water temperature, alongside a compass that can track mountain and ocean trails. Rotating the crown of the watch changes the colour as per a new night mode feature.
This has the biggest battery of Apple Watch models yet, with 36 hours on single charge and up to 60 hours using an upcoming battery optimisation feature.
The Apple Watch Ultra comes in three special bands dedicated to the sports they cater to: alpine, ocean and trail.
These watches come with dual frequency GPS for more optimised location tracking, and feature WR100 water resistance alongside EN13319 standard for underwater use.
Apple Watch Ultra comes at a price of $799 for GPS + cellular models. They are available from September 23.
