Director Nuhash Humayun shared through a press release, "After committing a sin, some people feel remorse, while others don’t. In ‘Waqt’, I’ve delved into this psychological aspect. Writing and directing the story was a challenging experience for me. The narrative revolves around five main characters, which makes it particularly demanding. Even working with one character can be tough, let alone five. However, thanks to everyone’s support, I believe the project turned out well."
The Chorki Original series “Dui Shaw” offers a spine-chilling new horror experience, directed by Nuhash Humayun. The four-episode series will premiere its first episode, “Waqt,” on the Chorki OTT platform at 12 am on December 19. The trailer was released on December 12.
Four years ago, Nuhash Humayun announced his debut feature film, “Moving Bangladesh”. Initially, the project struggled to find producers but later received funding from several international festivals. The Ministry of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) also expressed interest in supporting the film. However, the ministry has now canceled its allocation of Tk 50 lakh for the project.
