Ducsu polls: Shibir-backed VP, GS, AGS defeated only at Jagannath Hall

In the Dhaka University Central Students' Union (Ducsu) election, Shibir-backed candidates won the posts of vice president, general secretary, and assistant general secretary (AGS), but suffered defeat only at Jagannath Hall.
This information emerged following the publication of the final Ducsu election results.
According to the Ducsu election result, Abu Shadik Kayem was elected Ducsu VP, SM Farhad GS, and Mohiuddin Khan as AGS.
At Jagannath Hall, Kayem got only 10 votes, Farhad five votes, and Mohiuddin seven votes. Here, the highest votes went to JCD-backed panel VP candidate Abidul Islam Khan, Protirodh Parishad panel GS candidate Meghmallar Basu, and JCD-backed panel AGS candidate Tanvir Al Hadi Mayed.
"On the other hand, Shadik secured the highest number of votes in Ruqayyah Hall with 1,472 while Farhad 1,120 voters and Mohiuddin 1,224 votes.
Their next-best results came from Kabi Sufia Kamal Hall, where Shadik received 1,270 votes, Farhad 964, and Mohiuddin 1,135 votes. They also polled strongly at Shamsunnahar Hall with 1,114, 814, and 905 votes respectively.
The last three are women's halls.
Among the male halls, their best performance was at Bijoy Ekattor Hall, where they received 991, 779, and 828 votes respectively.
