Abu Baker alleges vote rigging in Ducsu election

Abu Baker Mojumder, general secretary candidate of Boishommo Birodhi Shikkharthi Sangsad, has alleged rigging in the Dhaka University Central Students' Union election, claiming that ballots at some polling centres had already been pre-filled.

Voting for the long-awaited Ducsu and hall union elections began this morning after a six-year pause.

Students started casting their votes at 8:00am across polling centres set up in residential halls amid tight security. The balloting will continue until 4:00pm.
