Warfaze becomes first South Asian band to collaborate with Zippo lighters

Iconic Bangladeshi rock band Warfaze has made history as the first South Asian band to partner with Zippo on exclusive band-inspired lighters.
The deal was finalised on August 28 at Luxco Trading's Gulshan office, the official distributor of Zippo in Bangladesh. Two limited-edition designs will be released later this year, featuring Warfaze's album artwork on one side and the band's logo on the other. Produced in the United States, the collectible lighters are expected to hit the Bangladeshi market by November, with pricing details to be announced.
Currently touring Canada to mark their four-decade journey, Warfaze shared their excitement about joining a prestigious roster of global icons who have partnered with Zippo, including Metallica, Guns N' Roses, Elvis Presley, and Bob Marley.
Band leader and drummer Sheikh Monirul Alam Tipu described the collaboration as a gift to fans, noting that the achievement was made possible by their continued love and support. A formal press conference will be held after the band's return to Dhaka, where further details about the launch will be revealed.
