The scholarships include the Suborno Jayanti Scholarship and the Lata Mangeshkar Dance & Music Scholarship, offering opportunities to pursue undergraduate (UG), postgraduate (PG) and Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) programmes at Indian government and public universities and institutes.

The ICCR scholarships cover studies in a wide range of academic disciplines. However, courses in Medicine, paramedical fields (such as Nursing, Physiotherapy and Anesthesia), Fashion, Law, and integrated programmes are not included.

The Lata Mangeshkar Scholarship specifically supports students pursuing dance and music, while the Suborno Jayanti Scholarship is open to multiple academic fields.

Applicants must be Bangladeshi nationals with strong academic records and must meet the admission requirements set by the respective Indian institutions and ICCR guidelines.

Applicants are required to submit their applications online through the ICCR’s A2A scholarship portal (https://a2ascholarships.iccr.gov.in). The application window will open on February 27, 2026, at 5 pm, and interested candidates must complete and submit their forms by April 15, 2026.
