Teknaf Upazila Nirbahi Officer (UNO) Mohammad Kaisar Khosru has been ordered to be made officer on special duty (OSD) for verbally abusing a local journalist over the phone, said Cabinet Secretary Khandker Anwarul Islam today (July 25, 2022).
