Metro rail service halted after youth climbs on train roof
Services not resuming tonight, authorities say

Metro rail operations have been temporarily suspended this evening after a youth climbed on the roof of a metro train at Secretariat Station.
The incident occurred at around 8:05pm, Ahsan Ullah Sharifi, deputy director (Public Relations), MRT Line-6, told The Daily Star.
For all latest news, follow The Daily Star's Google News channel. He confirmed that the operations will not resume today.
Authorities expressed regret over the temporary inconvenience caused to passengers.
