For the first time, Dhallywood actor Zayed Khan is stepping into the role of a presenter by hosting an entertainment show.

Speaking to The Daily Star, the actor shared, "This will be an entertainment programme, and it's my first time doing anything like this, which makes it special. Viewers will see me as a host for the first time, and I'm both excited and nervous. I'm eagerly waiting to see how the audience responds.

He added, "My aim is to highlight the country's film industry and culture through this show. I'll observe the reception of the first few episodes—if it resonates with the audience, I'll continue; otherwise, I'll step back."

"Thikana" is contributing to the Bangla-speaking community, while being based in abroad. "It would feel amazing if the audience appreciates my work. I'm grateful to 'Thikana' magazine's digital platform for involving me in such a meaningful initiative," Zayed concluded.

Zayed Khan debuted in the film industry in 2006 with "Bhalobasha Bhalobasha". Some of his notable films include "Simahin Bhalobasha", "Prem Korbo Tomar Sathe", "Nagar Mastan", and "Ontor Jala".
