I said ‘qubool’ with all my heart, now he has to accept me: Rakhi Sawant

Rakhi Sawant's marriage drama has sparked debates all over social media- while some called it a publicity stunt, many called out the marriage 'love jihad', as the actress has changed her name to Fatima after marriage.
Amidst the whole drama, Rakhi's beau Adil initially denied marrying the 'item girl'. However, the actress has finally spoken up about the whole issue with a local newspaper and has hit back on converting to Islam.
"When I said 'Qubool', I did it with all my heart and nobody forced me. This is India and not some Taliban state. Everything is allowed here," said the actress.
While dwelling on the subject of 'love jihad', the actress replied that if Adil doesn't accept it then it will surely be one.
"I don't want to speak on this matter. All I want to say is that, if Adil doesn't accept our marriage, then it will surely be 'love jihad', and if he accepts me then it will be love marriage. I will pray to Allah that my prayers are accepted. If Adil doesn't accept my love, then may Allah take me towards Him."
Rakhi said she went through with the marriage with an open heart and she can't go through with the scrutiny anymore. She wants to be socially recognised as Adil's wife in public.
Recently, Rakhi Sawant's wedding post and pictures became viral all over social media. Reportedly, the couple got married 7 months ago but Rakhi had to stay silent on it as Adil was reluctant on coming out open about their marriage.
"Finally, I am happy and super excited to announce that I have got married to my love. My true love for Adil is unconditional and I will love him forever," read the wedding post.
