Primary terminal exams begin Nov 22
Primary and Ebtedayee terminal examinations for class V students of general and madrasa education will begin across the country from November 22.
The terminal examinations on six subjects and a total of 600 marks will end on November 29.
The exams will be held from 11:00am to 1:30pm, said Rabindranath Roy, public relations officer at primary and mass education ministry, adding that the routine for the tests has been finalised today.
Class V students in schools and madrasas need to pay a fee of Tk 60 to register for the tests, the official also said.
The students must pass the exams for the enrolment in class VI. On the basis of the results, scholarships will be equally distributed under talent pool and general categories.
