Ambassador Maj Gen Shahidul Haque, however, said they are still not sure of the identity of the fourth person whether he is a Bangladeshi or not.
Around 50,000 Bangladeshi migrants in Libya have been passing hard times as the security situation in the country has worsened due to fighting among factions allied to the country's two rival governments since 2014.
Libya currently has two governments vying for power, one in Tripoli and one in the eastern port city of Tobruk, which is recognised by the international community.
Amid escalating violence, the Bangladesh government has banned exporting manpower to Libya in July last year when the crisis deepened due to the conflict between the two rival factions.
