Sheltech opens new sales office at Tejgaon-Gulshan Link Road

Sheltech (Pvt.) Ltd. has opened a new sales office at its Sheltech Experience Centre in Tejgaon.

The inauguration ceremony was held on April 14, 2026 at Trade Intercontinental (Level 08), Tejgaon–Gulshan Link Road, says a press release. Senior management officials and members of the sales team of Sheltech (Pvt.) Ltd. were present at the event.

The company said the new office has been set up to provide clients with easier access to project information and property consultation services.

At the Experience Centre, clients can explore details of ongoing and upcoming projects, interact with sales representatives and receive guidance to support decision-making.

Sheltech (Pvt.) Ltd., with nearly four decades of experience, has developed residential and commercial projects in Dhaka, Chattogram and Jolshiri. The company said it focuses on quality construction, design and timely handover of projects.

The new sales office is located at Trade Intercontinental (Level 08), Tejgaon–Gulshan Link Road, Dhaka.
