Radisson Blu launches Turkish-themed ‘Sultan’s Sofra’ Iftar

Radisson Blu Dhaka Water Garden has introduced “Sultan’s Sofra”, a Turkish-themed Iftar and dinner buffet for Ramadan, in partnership with Trust Bank Limited and Turkish Airlines.
The hotel said the initiative marks the first Turkey-themed Iftar buffet of its kind in Bangladesh.
As part of the arrangement, two Turkish chefs have been brought to Dhaka for the Ramadan period. Chef Onhan Hasan Gaziantep will prepare traditional desserts including baklava and kunefe, while Chef Celik Ahmet Melikgazi will present savoury dishes such as shawarma, tantuni, kebab and kofta.
In addition to Turkish cuisine, the buffet will include traditional Iftar items and other dishes.
The hotel is offering promotional packages during Ramadan, including a Buy 1 Get 3 offer on selected bank cards at Tk 9,950 net. A “Dine & Win” campaign will also allow one guest to win a Dhaka–Turkey return air ticket sponsored by Turkish Airlines.
A Turkish-themed retail stall has been set up at the hotel, featuring décor and lifestyle items sourced from Turkey.
The hotel is also offering takeaway Iftar boxes for corporate and private events, with prices starting from Tk 8,950 net. An Iftar Bazaar has been arranged in the lobby for individual purchases. Banquet facilities for corporate Iftar events and a Ramadan Retreat room package are also available.
The hotel said the initiative aims to combine Turkish culinary heritage with its hospitality services during the holy month of Ramadan.
