National Pay Commission seeks public opinion to design salary structure

The National Pay Commission has sought public opinion in order to design a transparent and effective salary structure.

In a statement today, the commission announced the launch of a dedicated platform to collect feedback, suggestions, and recommendations from citizens.

"Through this platform, the public can share their views to help shape a functional and widely accepted pay framework," the statement said.

Opinions can be submitted through the commission's official website at paycommission2025.gov.bd.

All submissions will be reviewed to ensure the final structure reflects public expectations and administrative efficiency.

"Your feedback is important to us. Please support our efforts by sharing your thoughts and recommendations," the commission said.

The commission reaffirmed its commitment to assisting the government in developing a fair and inclusive pay structure.

The notice was signed by Md Musa, secretary of the National Pay Commission.
