The benchmark index of the Dhaka Stock Exchange has remained almost flat since morning, posting a 0.60-point rise as of 12.36pm.

The DSEX stood at 5,246.69 points when the turnover hit Tk 258 crore.

So far, the prices of 180 stocks advanced, 140 declined and 71 remained unchanged.

Fortune Shoes Limited surged the most of 9.8 percent while Ratanpur Steel Re-Rolling Mills Limited stood second with 9.67 percent.
