Prime Bank to relocate data centre
Prime Bank will be relocating its data centre which will be followed by a temporary suspension of banking services from October 24 to October 28, 2023.
This suspension is necessitated by the planned relocation of Prime Bank's data centre to enhance its operational infrastructure and ensure a more secure and efficient banking experience for its customers, said a press release.
During this period, Prime Bank will temporarily suspend all banking services, including online and mobile banking, ATM services, and other digital channels.
