Veteran actor Rita Bhaduri passes away
The familiar face of Indian television shows and films, Rita Bhaduri breathed her last at the age of 62 in Mumbai on July 17.
The veteran actor began her career in the late sixties, had a role in the ongoing TV show Nimki Mukhiya. She also appeared in a Gujrati series and films in Bollywood and other regional languages. She received a Filmfare Best Supporting Actress nomination for her performance in the 1995 film Raja.
Rita Bhaduri was an alumnus of Film and Television Institute of India (FTII), where she studied with actors like Zarina Wahab and Shabana Azmi.
