Dhaka University Ga unit admission test held

The admission test to 'Ga' (C) unit under Business Studies Faculty of Dhaka University for the academic session 2021-2022 was held in all divisional cities across the country today.

Dhaka University's Proctor Professor AKM Golam Rabbani confirmed to our DU correspondent that the exam started at 11:00am. It continued till 12:30pm at eight universities in the divisional cities.

The admission tests for this academic session started with the test of 'Ga' unit today, said a press release issued by DU Public Relations office.

The venues were Dhaka University, Rajshahi University, Chittagong University, Khulna University, Barishal University, Begum Rokeya University, Bangladesh Agricultural University and Shahjalal University of Science and Technology in Sylhet.

A total of 30,719 students filed applications for 930 seats, said the release.

Dhaka University Vice Chancellor Prof Dr Md Akhtaruzzaman, DU Pro-Vice Chancellor (Administration) Prof Dr Muhammad Samad and Pro-Vice Chancellor (Academic) Prof Dr ASM Maksud Kamal, among others, visited the examination centre at the Faculty of Business Studies building.

After visiting the examination center, VC Prof Dr Md Akhtaruzzaman expressed satisfaction as the exam was held in a fair and peaceful atmosphere, added the release.

The admission test to the B-unit under Arts Faculty will be held on June 4 and the tests to A-unit under Science Faculty on June 10.

The D-unit test under Social Science Faculty will take place on June 11 and the Cha-unit exam under Fine Arts faculty (General Knowledge) will take place on June 17.
