Tecno launches POVA 5G series in Bangladesh

Tecno has officially introduced the POVA 5G Series in Bangladesh at a launch event held at the Tecno Flagship Outlet, Centrepoint, Uttara on September 30. The series includes three new models: the POVA 7 Pro 5G, the POVA Slim 5G, and the POVA Curve 5G.

POVA Slim 5G

The Tecno POVA Slim 5G is a 3D-curved 5G smartphone at just 5.95 mm. Despite its ultra-slim profile, it offers a 5160 mAh battery with 45W Super Charging and a 24,532mm² cooling system. The device is powered by the Dimensity 6400 5G+ processor and comes with extra features such as a Mood Light effect and 50 GB of cloud storage.

POVA 7 Pro 5G

The Tecno POVA 7 Pro 5G comes with an 'Interstellar Spaceship Design' and a status light for gaming and notifications. Powered by the Dimensity 7300 Ultimate 5G processor with a Hyper Gaming Engine, it features a 6.78-inch AMOLED 144Hz 1.5K display with Gorilla Glass 7i protection. A 6000 mAh battery supports 45W Flash Charge, 30W Wireless Charge, and includes a free wireless magnetic power bank. 

POVA Curve 5G

The POVA Curve 5G comes with a Dimensity 7300 5G processor and Hyper Gaming Engine, offering up to 90 FPS PUBG gameplay. It features a 6.78-inch AMOLED 144Hz FHD+ display with Gorilla Glass 7i protection for immersive gaming and multimedia experiences.

Speaking at the launch event, Rezwanul Hoque, CEO of Ismartu Technology BD Limited, said, "Our devices are assembled at our factories in Meghna EPZ, Bangladesh."

According to Tecno, all three models run on the new HiOS 15 Special OS and come equipped with Tecno AI capabilities, 256 GB storage, 16 GB RAM (8 GB + 8 GB extended), Dolby Atmos dual speakers, advanced camera systems, NFC, IR remote control, and IP64 dust and water resistance.

The Tecno POVA 5G series will be available in Bangladesh at the following prices: POVA Slim 5G at BDT 29,999, POVA 7 Pro 5G at BDT 34,999, and POVA Curve 5G at BDT 32,999.
