Earning money on TikTok through 'Series'

The new feature 'Series' on TikTok creates direct earning opportunities for content creators. Through this feature, TikTok content creators can earn money directly from viewers by creating and publishing videos on the short video-sharing platform.

This feature was introduced on TikTok last March. But it was initially available only to selected creators.

To earn through the 'Series' feature, creators must be at least 18 years old or older. Additionally, they must have at least 10,000 followers, and the TikTok account must be over 30 days old.

Furthermore, within the last 30 days, creators must post at least three videos and ensure that each video has been viewed at least 1,000 times.

Only when all these criteria are met, creators will be considered eligible to use the 'Series' feature.

If everything is in order, content creators can apply for the 'Series' feature through the Creator Center on the TikTok app.

To earn through this TikTok feature, content creators must publish videos with a minimum duration of 20 minutes. In the 'Series' library, each creator can upload a maximum of 80 videos.

Viewers will be able to watch the videos in the 'Series' library in exchange for money. The amount of money obtained by viewers will be directly sent to the accounts of content creators. Content creators can set prices ranging from $1 to $190 for these videos.

However, creators must keep in mind that if they consistently violate TikTok's policies, they will no longer be able to monetise their videos.

TikTok Series is not available in Bangladesh.
