A Rajshahi court sentences three people to death for killing Rajshahi University teacher Prof AKM Shafiul Islam in 2014. Judge Anup Kumar of Rajshahi Speedy Trial Tribunal awards death penalty to Abdus Samad Pintu, Ariful Islam Manik, and Mohammad Sabuj.
