The ruling Awami League starts selling the party’s nomination papers for the 11th parliamentary election.
The Election Commission today announces that the chairman and councillor aspirants of the upcoming Union Parishad elections can submit their nomination papers to the district administration offices apart from the returning officers to avert any untoward incident.
The High Court has directed the returning officers to receive and scrutinise by today the nomination papers of 13 ward councillor aspirants in Dhaka city corporations’ elections.
