Mohanlal began his acting career in 1978 with the film “Thiranottam” and rose to prominence in 1980 for his portrayal of the main antagonist in “Manjil Virinja Pookkal”.
Directed by Nelson Dilipkumar, “Jailer” casts Rajinikanth, Jackie Shroff, Tamannaah Bhatia, and Mohanlal, among others. The film is set to premiere worldwide on August 10.
