Shanaya Kapoor joins Mohanlal's Pan-India film 'Vrushabha'

Shanaya Kapoor, Sanjay Kapoor's daughter, who is all set to make her debut in Hindi films with Karan Johar's "Bedhadak" has signed a massive Pan-Indian film opposite Mohanlal, called "Vrushabha."

According to the press release, Shanaya will play a pivotal role in the movie where she plays the role of a time traveler as she bridges the gap between past and present timelines in this epic action entertainer film. 

Directed by Nanda Kishore, Mohanlal will play the lead in the Telugu-Malayalam film. The film also stars Salma Agha's daughter Zahrah S Khan. Roshann Meka will also be seen in the movie.

The film will go into production later in July. AVS Studios, First Step Movies, and Balaji Telefilms produced the movie. 

The film is slated to hit theaters  in 2024 in Malayalam, Telugu, Kannada, Tamil and Hindi.
