Bangladesh Road Transport Authority has identified 10 factors contributing to the sharp rise in the number of deaths in road crashes during the Eid holidays.

The Bangladesh Jatri Kalyan Samity reported a significant increase in road crashes, fatalities, and injuries during this year’s Eid travel compared to last year.

Amid the Eid-ul-Fitr and Pahela Baishakh celebrations, there were families who had to mourn the loved ones killed in road accidents and similar incidents.
