The plight of security guards who work 20 hours a day

He works as a security guard in the capital. In exchange of inhumane labour for two shifts a day, the organisation he works for provides him with only the bare minimum of food and shelter. He has no access to any other facilities or amenities. He even has to purchase his own uniform with his own money. He cannot even meet his family and relatives once a month.

With this small amount of money, he has to fulfill family needs, who live in both urban and rural areas of Dhaka. 

But is he really able to meet the basic needs of his family?
