Tamim: Every damn match!

Scoring two centuries, one of them unbeaten, and another successful half century today, Bangladesh opener Tamim Iqbal showed the crowd his quality to control the game and rule the bowlers.

Tamim reached the 50-run-mark against Pakistan in the third One-Day-International at Sher-e Bangla National Stadium, after he played two consecutive tons against the visitors ensuring to keep the trophy home.

The in-form opener scored 64 runs off 75 deliveries, decorated with seven boundaries and a six, before he got trapped LBW by Pakistani fast bowler Junaid Khan.

The other opener Soumya Sarker also played a sensible innings scoring 76 off 77 balls (till the report was filed), remain unbeaten with 59 runs at the crease while chasing Pakistan's 250 runs.

Earlier, on the first two ODI matches, Tamim scored 132 and 116* runs, sealing the critics' foul mouths.

The opener faced severe criticism, at home and abroad, after he failed to score runs in the 2015 World Cup in Australia.

This series seemed to be the perfect ground for the 26-year-old to show his critics of his mesmerizing batting charisma.
