BKSP, BWSF sign MoU to train girls

Bangladesh Krira Shikkha Protishtan (BKSP) and Bangladesh Women Sports Federation (BWSF) on Tuesday signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to jointly conduct foundation-level sports training programmes for girls.

Under the agreement, the two organisations will provide training in football, cricket, table tennis, swimming and gymnastics, aiming to increase grassroots participation and ensure the long-term development of women across various sports disciplines.

The MoU was signed at the BWSF office in Dhanmondi by BKSP Director General Brigadier General Md Monirul Islam, NDC, PhD, and BWSF President Barrister Sarwat Siraj Shukla on behalf of their respective organisations.

BKSP Director (Training) Colonel Md Golam Mabud Hasan, PSC, along with members of the BWSF executive committee, were also present at the signing ceremony, according to a press release.
