BFF Academy reach semifinals

The BFF Academy football team advanced to the semifinals of the 2nd Tianyu Liufang Cup with a 3-1 victory over Shanghai Yangpu District Youth (U-17) Amateur Sports Center in Lijiang, China, today.

According to a BFF media release, Hedayet put the U-17 Academy side ahead in the 23rd minute before Tahsan struck twice in the 63rd and 76th minutes to secure the win. The release, however, did not mention the timing of the lone goal scored by the Shanghai side.

Earlier, the Academy team had reached the quarterfinals with two wins and one defeat in the group stage.
