DE GEA HOUSE SALE SPARKS PANIC
Manchester United goalkeeper David de Gea may finally be transferring to Real Madrid, based on reports emanating from English media. The Spanish keeper has reportedly put his 3.85 million pound home in Greater Manchester up for sale, reigniting rumours that he is headed to the arch-rivals of his boyhood club Atletico Madrid. The news comes on the heels of claims that United manager Jose Mourinho had a falling-out with the 26-year-old, before dropping him in games against Sunderland and Anderlecht. De Gea had been within moments of joining Real Madrid in 2015 with a sensational deadline day transfer on the cards, but the move fell through at the last minute after the paperwork failed to be processed, reportedly due to a fax machine being unplugged. It is also being reported that the transfer fee will be in the region of 60 million euros. - —Agencies
