PM at stadium to watch Bangladesh-Pakistan match

Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina could not control her deep passion for cricket as she came to watch the Bangladesh-Pakistan Asia Cup T20 match this evening at Sher-e-Bangla National Cricket Stadium at Mirpur.

Sheikh Hasina, an avid cricket fan, entered the stadium at about 7:50 pm after the beginning of Pakistan's innings, PM's Deputy Press Secretary Ashraful Alam Khokan told BSS.

The announcement of the Prime Minister's presence at the stadium through the giant screen created extra buoyancy among the crowds in the big bowl.

It may be mentioned that her presence at the stadium to cheer the Tigers in every match is not new. The sports-loving Premier keeps information of each match of the country and hails the victorious team.
