Cricketers Welfare Association of Bangladesh (CWAB) commemorated Victory Day with a match between Odommyo XI and Oparajeyo XI, with the former winning by three wickets at Mirpur's Sher-e-Bangla National Cricket Stadium on Tuesday.

Shoriful Islam got the ball to talk early, leading to Parvez Hossain Emon's getting a duck, managing a thick outside-edge through to the wicket-keeper. Jishan Alam attacked with promise, hitting a 22-ball 44 while Oparajeyo XI skipper Najmul Hossain Shanto hit 30 off 26. Abbdul Gaffar Saqlain's cameo 9-ball 17 helped Oparajeyo to 166 for 9.

In reply, Naim Sheikh hit a 44-ball 76 before skipper Mehidy Hasan Miraz's 10-ball 14 saw Odommyo chase down the target with four deliveries to spare. Ripon Mondol was the pick of the Oparajeyo XI bowlers, picking up 3 for 28.
