Miraz’s seven wicket haul floors Dhaka Division
Dhaka Div. vs Khulna Div
Mehedi Hasan Miraz took seven wickets for just 24 runs in 11.4 overs as Khulna Division bowled out Dhaka Division for just 113 runs in the National Cricket League at the BKSP Groud 3 in Savar.
While Miraz went through the Dhaka batting line up with seven wickets, it was Mustafizur Rahman who made the early inroads with the important wicket of Rony Talukdar, who nicked the left armer through to the wicket-keeper.
Rakibul Hasan, who top top-scored for Dhaka with 28 runs had started to rebuild the Dhaka innings along with Shuvagata Hom after a stuttering start from Dhaka but Mehedi ensured that there was no real recovery as he removed both batsmen in the 22nd and the 27th over respectively.
The last seven wickets of the Dhaka innings were all taken by Mehedi Miraz as he showcased his fantastic skills with the ball.

Barisal Div. vs Rangpur Div.
Barisal reached 280 for the loss of six wickets courtesy of a 104-ball 99 from Sohag Gazi at the Zahur Ahmed Chowdhury Stadium in Chittagong.
Gazi's innings contained 13 fours and a six but he fell to Sajedul Islam, one run shy of completing his century. Gazi was involved in 145-run sixth-wicket partnership with Md. Nuruzzaman, who was not out on 51 at stumps. Subashis Roy was the pick of the Rangpur team as he picked up two wickets from his 13 overs.
Chittagong Div. vs Sylhet Div.
Yasir Ali struck 81 from 136 balls but Chittagong were bundled out for 215 in 67.4 overs courtesy of some fine bowling from Sylhet bowlers at Sylhet International Stadium in Sylhet. Mominul Haque, coming down at one down did not make much impact, falling to Abu Jayed after scoring nine runs.
Abu Jayed also took the wicket of Yasir Ali and finished with two wickets for 58 runs. Abul Hasan and Enamul Haque Junior grabbed three wickets each.
Dhaka Metro vs Rajshahi Div.
Shadman Islam and Marshal Ayub's innings of 75 and 67 respectively allowed Dhaka Metro to reach 210 for the loss of four wickets in the first day's play at the Shahid Kamruzzaman Stadium, Rajshahi.
Taijul Islam, who took the scalps of both Shadman and Marshal, was the pick of the Rajshahi bowlers picking up three wickets for 67 runs.
