Meher Afroz's EI BOISHAKHE

Meher Afroz Shaon, wife of the late writer Humayun Ahmed, is now spending her busy days behind the camera.

She currently directs many TV dramas for special occasions throughout the year. Recently she has begun work on a TV Drama called "Ei Boishakhe".

The interesting thing about this drama is that it's a remake of an old drama made under Nuhash Cholochitro and starred Mahfuz Ahmed and Aupee Karim. This new remake will star Kazi Asif, Mohona Mim, Munmun Ahmed and Jewel Rana.
