Zahid Hassan on the Big Screen

After 5 years, Zahid Hassan is slated to appear on the big screen once again in Iftekhar Chowdhury's upcoming film "Bijlee." Asked about what role the veteran actor will play, the director only said that it's a guest role of a person with a calm temperament. Any further revelations will only be seen on screen.

Also appearing on screen will be West Bengal's famed actress Shatabdi Roy, along with actress Bobby, who plays the titular role. Dhallywood veterans Iliyas Kanchan, Ahmed Rubel, Dilara Zaman, and Shimul Khan will also grace various roles in "Bijlee."

Zahid Hassan, who made his silver screen debut 30 years ago in Abdul Latif Bacchu's "Bolban," was last seen in the film "Projapoti."
