JP distributes nominations for DNCC mayoral polls

Jatiya Party has started distribution of nomination forms to its aspirants for the mayor and councillor posts for contesting the Dhaka North City Corporation (DNCC) elections.

SM Faisal Chisti, a presidium member and president of Dhaka north unit of JP, distributed the nomination forms to its candidates at JP chairman’s office in the capital’s Banani today, a press release said.

While distributing the forms, he said that the party participates in every election because it is an election-bound party, the release said.

JP Central Committee Joint Office Secretary MA Razzak Khan, Dhaka North City Office Secretary Md Anisur Rahman Khokon, Organising Secretary Hazi Nasir Uddin Sarker and others were present at the event.
