Mofizul Islam Khan Kamal, executive president of Gono Forum’s central unit, has resigned from his post.
He disclosed the development at a meeting with some of his followers at his house in Porra area of Manikganj town around 10:30 am today, reports our local correspondent.
Mofizul Islam Khan Kamal said he resigned from the party as the party has “failed to play the role for the people”. The resignation letter has already been sent to the party president, he added.
