OBHAI installs 23 water purifiers, dispensers at DMP HQ
Popular app-based ride sharing company OBHAI has collaborated with Dhaka Metropolitan Police and has installed 23 water purifiers and dispensers at the DMP Headquarters.
DMP Commissioner Asaduzzaman Mia inaugurated the installation ceremony organised by DMP with OBHAI Solutions Ltd at the DMP HQ on May 7, according a release.
Chief Operating Officer of OBHAI Quazi Omar Ferdous, Additional Police Commissioner Shahab Uddin Qureshi, and other top officials of DMP were present at the event among others.
Meanwhile, the Accident Research Institute (ARI) of Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET) has recently begun providing training to the OBHAI riders about driving and road safety in a bid to lessen road accidents.
Besides, through ‘OBON’, a specialised service for women passengers only where the driver is also a woman, OBHAI has been trying to make women financially more self-dependent and empowered.
OBHAI is working continuously to develop the lifestyle of CNG drivers and make them more used to with the digital platform. Without adding some more traffic to the existing road problems, OBHAI is trying to provide a better and secure ride to everyone.
