The Civil Aviation Authority of Bangladesh has introduced a spacious and comfortable waiting lounge at Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport (HSIA) for migrant workers.

The waiting lounge was arranged on the second floor in the multilevel car parking area, Group Captain Kamrul Islam, executive director of the airport, said today.

The new lounge offers a range of amenities, including dedicated waiting areas, a 'baby care room', prayer spaces, and a reasonably priced cafeteria—all designed for our esteemed expatriates and their families' convenience. Chief Adviser Prof Muhammad Yunus is scheduled to inaugurate the lounge this evening, added Kamrul Islam.
