C&F agent trader killed in truck-bike collision in Jashore

A Clearing and Forwarding agent trader was killed when his motorcycle collided head-on with a truck in Jashore last night.

The deceased was identified as Rajiul Alam, 30, of Mollapara in Jashore town's Barandipara area.

Officer-in-Charge of Kotwali Police Station, Kazi Babul, said that Rajiul was heading towards Magura when his motorcycle collided head-on with an oncoming truck at Panch Bariya area on Jashore-Magura road at 10:30pm.

He died on the spot, and his motorcycle was severely damaged in the accident, he said.

It was not possible to seize the truck involved in the incident, the OC added.
