Workers sun drying recently harvested Aman paddy on a concrete surface in Khulna city’s Gallamari. Sun drying is an eco-friendly and traditional drying method for reducing the moisture content of paddy. After drying, each worker gets Tk 10-12 per maund of paddy dried.
