Moosa to face ACC grilling Dec 18

The Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) has asked DATCO Group Chairman Dr Moosa Bin Shamsher to appear before the commission on December 18 to face grilling for allegedly syphoning off money and accumulating wealth illegally.

The anti-graft body yesterday sent a notice to the businessman to be present at the ACC head office at 11:00am on the day, ACC public relations officer Pranab Kumar Bhattacharya told the news agency.

The notice mentioned that there was an allegation that Tk 51,000 crore of Moosa is frozen in Swiss bank.

The ACC will also question KM Shahid Ullah of M/s Dynasty Business House on the day in connection with the graft allegation.
