Aarong Announces “Winter Wonderland 2025: A Celebration of Crafts”
Aarong announces Winter Wonderland 2025: A Celebration of Crafts – a festive carnival celebrating the artisans and crafts behind Bangladesh's rich craft heritage.
The Aarong Tejgaon outlet this December will transform into a vibrant space where artisans, customers and communities come together to celebrate jamdani, nakshi kantha, hand embroidery, jewellery, rickshaw art and more. The carnival will spotlight the skills and stories of Aarong's rural artisans, whose handcrafted work has defined the brand for nearly five decades. Aarong Tejgaon outlet will be open for late night shopping until 11pm on festival days.
Winter Wonderland 2025 will have different themes each week - Pitha Uthshob, Thanda Beats, a fun filled wedding celebration and concerts every week with the country's top artists with a special finale in the last week. The carnival is designed as a family-friendly day and night experience, with food carts serving favourite local street foods such as pithas, fuchka, chotpoti, kebabs and seasonal snacks, a dedicated Kids' Zone and carnival games at Terracotta Tales, and live music from big-name artists in a festive, craft-filled setting with do-it-yourself craft zones.
The event will also feature an experience zone for the newly refreshed aarong.com, where visitors can explore the platform. Alongside Aarong, visitors will discover other BRAC social enterprises, including Aarong Origins (a new, high quality food brand for daily essentials by BRAC), Aarong Dairy with quality dairy supporting rural farmers, BRAC Healthcare with accessible, community-focused services, and Otithi, BRAC's hospitality initiative rooted in local culture.
Winter Wonderland 2025 reinforces Aarong's commitment to sustainability and social impact, deepening the connection between customers and the communities behind every product.
