This Amazon Original makes the list; the premise of the story revolving around inspector Anjali Bhaati who finds a connection between a series of missing women's reports only to find a serial killer on the loose; played splendidly by Vijay Verma.
From finding women in public bathrooms poisoned by cyanide to finding who did it, playing the role of Anjali Bhaati Sonakshi Sinha plays an edge in the series, leaving the audience wanting for more.
Dead Ringers (TV show)
Remake of the movie of the same name released in 1988 and directed by David Cronenberg the drama has exceeded already set high expectations. Another Amazon Prime original; goes with the same premise as the movie, twin gynaecologists who work at the same practice and gets away with all their mischievous ways are portrayed by Rachel Weisz; playing dual roles.
They are seen to share everything; a desire to challenge antiquated practices in women's healthcare to romantic interests. She reprises her role of Beverly and Elliot (previously portrayed by Jeremy Irons in the movie). It is nearly impossible to stop the echoing of Rachel Weisz saying baby sister after you are done watching.
The Tender Bar (Movie)

This coming-of-age movie shows the writer's up and close experience with the incomplete family and how it led him to his path of becoming a celebrated and Pulitzer Prize winning writer. It was released by Amazon Studios initially and is now available to watch on Prime.
Mahaan (Movie)
Mahaan is the ultimate movie for all movie lovers. It has the ultimate flavour that a movie promises you; the freedom to dream. Until one day all of it is at risk because of his arch nemesis; his son Dadabhai Naoroji played by Dhruv Vikram (in the movie and in real life!) The chemistry of father and son playing the same roles in the movie is once in a lifetime opportunity to witness pure talent at work.
Mad Men (TV show)
This term, coined popularly in the early 1950's by other businessmen to address the Maddison Avenue men; the centre of all the advertising firms in New York. Ponniyin Selvan I and II (Movies)
Directly translating into 'The son of Ponni', this Tamil-language movie is one of a kind. Shot over a period of 150 days the movie and its sequel retell the historical epic written by Kalki Krishnamurthy in 1954. Combination of true history and storytelling this epic turned movies compositions was done by A R Rahman.
The story tells of the crown prince Karikalan, played by 'Chiyaan' Vikram sending his trustworthy friend and spy Vallavaraiyan, played by Karthi on a mission to protect the Chola Dynasty and Tanjore from his past love and deceitful Nandini played by Aishwarya Rai Bachchan. Karikalan's siblings Arulmozhi played by Jayam Ravi and Kundavai played by Trisha Krishnan are equally pivotal to the movies. The movies are still on the charts on Prime.
Fleabag (TV show)
A BBC production originally which thankfully has found its way into Prime Video; Fleabag is one-of-a-kind show for one-of-a-kind audiences. Phoebe Waller-Bridge pillaged her own one-woman theatre show to create the TV series, expanding the production into a small-screen format that luckily never shakes its theatrical origins.
She brilliantly does a lot of scenes stealing fourth-wall-breaking! The story revolves around a woman named Fleabag and her experiences in life where she makes all the decisions on her own terms and faces the conclusions too, in London. Despite possessing a savage wit, her day-to-day is not the barrel of laughs one would expect as she begins and ends with the baggage that comes with grief.
