Mild tremor jolts Cox’s Bazar

A light tremor, measuring 4.1 on the Richter scale, jolted Cox's Bazar and its adjoining areas today.
The earthquake was felt at 4:39pm, Abdur Rahman, assistant meteorologist at Cox's Bazar Met office.
The epicentre of the quake was inside Myanmar, some 377km south-southeast of Dhaka, the official added.
However, no casualty or damage has been reported.
