Actor Sanjay Dutt, known for his diverse film roles and commanding screen presence, has earned himself a huge fan base over the years. But one of his fans left him speechless by an extraordinary gesture. Before her passing, a devoted female fan bequeathed her substantial property to him, marking one of the many unbelievable acts of admiration from fans for their beloved stars.

In 2018, Sanjay Dutt received a call from the Mumbai Police informing him of the passing of one of his devoted fans, Nisha Patil. To his astonishment, he also learned that she had left him her property, valued at Rs 72 crore. 

According to Bollywood Shaadi, Nisha had written multiple letters to the bank, instructing officials to transfer all her assets and property to Dutt after her demise. This unexpected act left the actor deeply shocked.

Sanjay Dutt's lawyer confirmed the report, noting that while the actor was aware of the incident, he would not be claiming any of the property, as he had no personal connection with Nisha Patil.

The actor echoed this sentiment, expressing that he was deeply moved by the gesture but did not know Nisha. He stated, "I will not be claiming anything. I didn't know Nisha, and I am truly overwhelmed by the whole incident to even discuss it."

Sanjay Dutt's lawyer issued a statement clarifying, "We have communicated that Sanjay Dutt will be seeking no claim on the belongings and will adhere to any legal proceedings necessary to transfer the valuables back to the family."

On the professional front, Sanjay Dutt is set to appear next in the pan-India film "KD- The Devil", where he will star alongside Dhruva Sarja, Vijay Sethupathi, Shilpa Shetty, and many others.
