Rashmika Mandanna and Vijay Deverakonda’s wedding date revealed

After years of speculation surrounding their relationship, actors Rashmika Mandanna and Vijay Deverakonda are now officially engaged. Social media was abuzz with reports on Friday, and on Saturday morning, Vijay's team confirmed the news to Hindustan Times.
Details of the engagement are yet to be revealed, but Vijay's team has confirmed that the couple will tie the knot in February 2026. Neither Rashmika nor Vijay has made any official announcement or social media post about the engagement.
Rumours about their romance first began after the duo starred together in the 2018 blockbuster "Geetha Govindam" and reunited in the 2019 film "Dear Comrade." Since then, they have often been seen together—most recently leading the 43rd India Day Parade in New York this August and attending the event Bharat Beyond Borders.
Fans have also pointed out that the actors frequently posted vacation photos from the same destinations, further fueling relationship rumors. In 2024, both admitted they were not single but refrained from revealing their partners. More recently, they were spotted leaving the airport together in the same car, sparking fresh speculation about their relationship status.
On the work front, Rashmika was last seen in "Kuberaa," alongside Dhanush and Nagarjuna. She will next appear in "Thamma," Maddock's horror-comedy universe film also starring Ayushmann Khurrana, Nawazuddin Siddiqui, and Paresh Rawal, slated for a Diwali 2025 release. She also has "Cocktail 2" with Kriti Sanon and Shahid Kapoor, as well as Rahul Ravindran's "The Girlfriend" and Rawindra Pulle's "Mysaa."
Vijay, meanwhile, was last seen in "Kingdom," co-starring Satyadev and Bhagyashree Borse. Directed by Gowtam Tinnanuri, the film was produced by Naga Vamsi and Sai Soujanya under the banners of Sithara Entertainments and Fortune Four Cinemas.
